Nominations are called for the following Casual Vacancy

Branch President (honorary)
Written nominations which comply with the Rules of the Union may be made at any time from 1 March 2016 and must reach the Returning Officer at his/her office or postal address not later than 12 Noon (Melbourne Time) on Tuesday 15 March 2016. Nominations cannot be withdrawn after this time.
If a ballot is necessary, voting material will be posted on 1 April 2016 to eligible members at the address shown in the Unions records. Members should notify the Union of any change of address. The ballot will close at 12 Noon (Melbourne Time) on Friday 29 April 2016.
Nomination forms are available from the Returning Officer or the Branch office of the Union. The use of these forms is not compulsory provided nominations comply with the rules.
Note: A copy of the AEC’s election report can be obtained from the Union or from the Returning Officer after the completion of the election.
