It is time to exercise your right to take protected action against your employer.
Today the FWC has issued an order for Protected Industrial Action. ESTA did not object to the application. Postal voting will commence once the lists of employees has been sent from ESTA to the AEC and members lists are sent to the AEC to match up. If you have moved address since the last ballot (2012) please immediately contact our office to update your details, or you may miss out on receiving a ballot.
