Further to the previous bulletin, please be advised of the following location changes to the below members meeting
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the previous incorrect locations however we strongly encourage all members to attend these meetings where the unions will be providing an update on the status of barganing.
Further, this morning the Unions met with ESTA at FWC before Commissioner Cribb for the first conference of our s 240 application. The Unions sought to discuss the key issues of wages and minimum staffin.
As a result of todays conference ESTA have committed to provide the unions with their position in relation to a staffing model in response to our claim by our next scheduled meeting on Wednesday next week.
The parties are listed to appear before the Commission for further conference on Friday 26 June 2015.Will we update members further at the above meetings following the meetings with ESTA next week.
