ESTA ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT RECEIVES SUCCESSFUL YES VOTE AND INDUSTRIAL ACTION CEASES
(Members are reminded that industrial action now ceases as of Saturday 26th March 0600)
As members are now aware the ESTA Entrprsie Agreement has now received a successful yes vote by employees. This means the formal voting process is complete and following certification by FWC the Agreement will come into force.
Members are once again congratulated for their hard work throughout the EBA campaign with a particular thank you to the delegates of each union for their commitment.
