TELSTRA REDUNDANCY ENTITLEMENTS
Attempts are still being made to deceive members and other employees in Telstra regarding the Telstra redundancy entitlements.
As a result we are explaining once again the actual situation relating to our redundancy agreement with Telstra.
In February this year a single Telstra modern award replaced the 11 previous Telstra Awards. An ‘Award’ is a safety net underpinning our EBA.
The CWU is concerned that members are being misled about the impact of this change on their redundancy entitlements.
