MR TEHAN: Your Honour, there is a reference in clause 4.6 to the Australia Post Redundancy, Redeployment, and Retraining Agreement (1995), an agreement of the Commission but incorporated by reference in that way, and we would seek to tender that document as well.

MR TEHAN: Finally, your Honour, during the course of the negotiations, there was a large volume of correspondence which was passed between the parties concerning relevant issues and giving assurances, and the parties seek to tender these documents for the sake of completeness and for mutual comfort between them and we do seek to tender that bundle of documents marked, without prejudice, EBA6, Australia Post-associated letters.
