20.3 Amount of Paid Personal Leave
20.3.1 Paid personal leave is available to an
employee, other than a casual employee,
when the employee is absent:
(a) due to personal illness or injury (sick
leave); or
(b) for the purposes of caring for or
supporting an immediate family or
household member who is sick and
requires the employee's care or
support or who requires care due to an
unexpected emergency (carer's leave).
20.3.2 The amount of personal leave to which a fulltime
employee is entitled depends on how
long the employee has worked for Australia
Post and accrues (according to the
employee's ordinary hours of work) as
follows:
