In a letter dated 4 July 2005 to L Chalker, David Payne National HR Manager Advanced Services said
I understand that you have made enquiries concerning the ongoing application of the height allowances that have been applied to staff previously from NDC Ltd in light of the pending Telstra EBA 205-2008. This letter is to confirm that it is our intention to continue to apply the "NDC" conditions where applicable, through Telstra policy.
Should we seek to alter or update this policy in the future it would be done in accordance with our consultation obligations.
