In the first Enterprise agreement, Gainshare payments were
incorporated into the agreement. The aims were never really
achieved as the measures were either not properly structured
or improperly structured. But payments were agreed.
First payment 10/93 $500
Second payment 10/94 $650 minimum payment to all
$900 network operations $900 telstra learning staff
On 01-08-97 the CO Review and Tullamarine Agreements were ratified.
This resulted in a payment of $2000 to all CO staff and some
technical staff.
