Or it is blocked by TZV.

TZV SUPPORT EBA DEVELOPMENTS

On Wednesday 23 Sep, we lodged an application with the Fair Work Commission. The Application seeks Orders that a Ballot of members be undertaken seeking approval of a range of bans. See the List of Bans from our PIA Application. The FWC is required to determine the application within 2 days if possible.
TZV raised a number of objections and filed them in the FWC on Thursday, and sought a hearing of the matter. We responded to the objections and did not agree to a hearing.
On Friday 25 Sep, the FWC advised that it would not agree to the hearing sought by TZV and advised that if would determine the matter "on the papers." The parties have been given until 1.00pm Monday to make any further submissions. The decision is expected on Monday 28 Sept.
