TZV EBA SUPPORT STRUCTURE DELAYED

We are meeting with TZV on Tuesday to discuss the negotiating arrangements to be used to secure a fair outcome in the EBA talks. The proposed discussions to deal with a central matter, the new work structures in Support areas, are not suitable or reasonable. We will advise on any outcome after the meeting.

TELSTRA WIDEBAND SOD/EOD

A number of members are reporting an extension of the Start of Day and End of Day provisions in the EBA. This includes Wideband members. We need more information on this development as we believe that the EBA was never intended to cover a wider group. To assist us in analysing the change, can you please send us information about the changes that are being introduces, as well as details of your work. We will advise of developments.
